Keep Pounding is a short documentation revealing the high energy of Charlotte, North Carolina showing up to defend their community days after border patrol arrived. After the surprise abductions of civilians through ICE and US Border Patrol’s “Operation Charlotte’s Web,” the people planned their next move. For the next week, I, like many others executed outreach to alert other Charlotteans that there are ways to unite—ways to fight back. This protest was the result. On November 21, 2025, the people came together to defend their neighbors and families. The bravery I saw that day was moving. I felt it from the bottom of my feet to the top of my head.
